I am currently employed by a large telco' in the health solutions division, specializing in providing solutions, systems, and resources to the public and private healthcare sector in Canada.  I am the Project Director responsible for the deployment of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) across Ontario.

I specialize in formulating project charters, plans, strategic directives, and mitigation strategies.  Through solid project management methodologies, I ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and fulfill stakeholder expectations.  I also manage project risk and change management.

Operating across the enterprise, from board to staff level, I have been successful in delivering results and contributing to product and business P&L success as well as fulfilling objectives and executing strategies for non-profit organizations.

I hold a Masters degree in Information Technology and an undergraduate qualification in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.  My career history includes several engineering, product, sales and marketing and project management positions for some of the world's leading organizations.

As an individual, I possess strong communication and analytical skills.  I enjoy analyzing technical and organizational problems to discover solutions and to gain an in-depth understanding of the physical, technical, economic, or commercial environment leading to well founded strategies and concrete solutions.  I am always ready to accept new challenges.  I take personal pride in my work and deliverables, as such, I set very high expectations for myself and my project teams.
